Pending Confirm the data controller under the new model and whether a representative or a data protection officer should be appointed, depending on the countries to which the service is directed.

2. Data processed by this website

  • Messages and order requests. The contact and cart forms do not send data to any server: they open your email application with the text pre-filled. If you choose to send it, we receive the data you include (for example, name, email address, company, country and the content of the message or order).
  • Cart. The products you add to the cart are stored only in your browser (local storage) and are not sent to any server.
  • Technical data. The hosting server may log technical data such as the IP address, the date and the page requested. Pending Hosting provider and log retention period.
  • Google Fonts typefaces. To display the fonts, your browser connects to Google servers, which receive your IP address.
  • This version of the website does not use analytics or advertising tools.

3. Blockchain payments

In direct payments, the wallet address, the amount and the date of the transaction are recorded on a public blockchain. That data cannot be modified or erased, and may allow the transactions to be analyzed or traced. Under the planned model, Waynance does not request the payer's identity for direct crypto payments.

Pending Specify what data the POS app and the merchant dashboard will process (for example, merchant data, devices and transaction logs), and what verification will be required of merchants.

4. Fiat Bridge

Fiat conversion is performed by a licensed third-party provider, which processes the data necessary for verification (KYC/KYB) and the applicable checks in accordance with its own privacy policy.

Pending Identity of the provider, whether it acts as an independent controller, and what data Waynance transmits to it when facilitating the connection.

5. Purposes and legal bases
